Food Compatibility Testing

The Food Compatibility Test was developed by an Australian Naturopath over 40 years ago. The test uses a hair sample to assess more than 600 foods and household products. It provides a list of items to avoid and those considered compatible.

It may suit people who still experience symptoms after allergy or intolerance testing, or after following an elimination diet.

The test looks for foods and household products that may be associated with ongoing or aggravated symptoms, including items beyond known intolerances such as gluten or lactose.

Food sensitivities may trigger an immune response and inflammation. Symptoms can appear in different parts of the body, including the digestive system, respiratory tract, joints, skin and nervous system.

Most people report an average of 60% improvement within a few weeks after avoiding identified foods.
